Indirectly metered energy with many options

Wherever normal metering cabinets meet their performance limits, the measurement of high currents takes place indirectly. Current transformers are used to transform high currents into small secondary currents thereby making them measureable. The free-standing base installation, the various cabinet constructions, and the optionally integrated main fuse or main distribution make the ELSTA Mosdorfer transformer cabinets into an ideal metering solution.

  • Protection rating IP 44 or higher, protection class II, IK classification IK 10
  • Built specifically for the region concerned in accordance with the design guidelines of power grid operators
  • Qualified and tested in accordance with the requirements of IEC 61439-2
  • Outdoor variants in high and low (wider) construction for installation on ground-mounted or floor-mounted bases
  • Low-profile construction is recommended for unprotected ground-mounted setup due to expected wind loads
  • Indoor variants (high construction) with an integrated fixed base as cable space
  • Mobile variants as temporary construction site power or for events
  • Cable entry facilitated by removable baseboard (connecting strip)
